We recently hired a new Client Service Specialist, Liv Knodel, and we are so excited to have her as a valued member of the CAISSA team.

To get to know her better, we put together a list of questions and had her answer them:

• How do you stay updated with industry trends and news?
  • Liv: I listen to different podcasts and review articles on operations management. I also ask questions to my fellow team members to learn more about the finance industry.

• What do you think sets our wealth management company apart from others?
  • Liv: The individualization each client receives from the Caissa team as they go above and beyond to make personal connections, utilize best practices, and collaborate with each other to make the client’s goals a reality.

• What hobby or interest (outside of work) are you passionate about?
  • Liv: I love to travel and see new places with my friends and family. I enjoy being active whether that’s going to Orangetheory, walking around one of Minnesota’s lakes, or attending a Barre class. I am always wanting to try something new or find additional hobbies.

• Who would it be if you could have dinner with any historical figure, celebrity, political figure, etc.?
  • Liv: Reese Witherspoon is an icon as an actress and producer, business owner, and philanthropist. I would want to hear all her fun stories on set and how she chooses her next projects.

• What’s your favorite way to unwind after a busy workday?
  • Liv: Watch a TV show, whether it’s a show (Grey’s Anatomy or Big Bang Theory) I have seen for the 5th time or some new show, like Bridgerton.

• What is the best piece of advice you have received?
  • Liv: I am always on the go and ready for the next adventure, but I often forget to slow down and enjoy the moments I have with friends and family.

• Share a skill or talent that you have that people may not know.
  • Liv: My organizational skills are top-notch, and I aspire to be like Cleo and Joanna from The Home Edit.
